These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Minniark software, provided by Christian Heinisch, Germany.

You are responsible for:
- The content stored in your Minniark installation
- Compliance with data protection and copyright laws

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Self-hosted Minniark installations can be discontinued at any time by the user.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, purchases of Minniark licenses are generally non-refundable once the software has been delivered or the license key has been issued.
However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
- Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- Accidental duplicate purchases
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be provided for issues caused by:
- Server misconfiguration
- Unsupported environments
- Third-party software or services
- User error
By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree that delivery begins immediately after payment.
