Minniark is a digital software product provided as a downloadable and/or license-based digital service.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are final once the software has been made available for download or a license key has been issued. There is no right of withdrawal or refund after delivery, in accordance with applicable law for digital content.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as proven technical defects that prevent the software from functioning as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
